Hey guys i just started hrt i just got my perscription im taking 2 mg estradiol 2 tablets in the morning and night and Spironolactone 50 mg tablets and i take one in the morning and one at night. This is currently day two you can see my progress from my old forum but ill post pics of my results on hrt in a month

JL, just received my new pharma today as well. I will be taking 2 mg of E per day for the 28 day dosage, adding in 100mg progesterone for days 7 to 17 along with the E. Then finish the month with the E. I am making an effort to make nipple and areola growth primarily.

Heres my update i started hrt on january 9th . Im getting good growth so far and am excited for more changes to come let me know what you guys think ^^. My skins gotten softer but im kind of waiting for everything to settle i suppose im deciding if i should add milk thistle to my hrt program of estradiol and spiro i heard good things about it. I am feeling more breast tissue to build up so im going to also try doing massages a lot more..
