I never understood the practicality & safety of liposuction, when the doctor jabs! a metal rod into (your) body, then pulls it out halfway & jams! it in again, then pulls it out and thrusts! it back in again, and pulls it out and forces! it back into your body, then jams! it in again ... with zero scientific approach.

Can't imagine it's pleasant!
I've never felt implants I thought felt better or even as good as the real thing, and even the approach featured in the video is like the My Pillow of implants! lol
