This probably one for Lotus or other biochem experts, I`v been wondering what is the best sort of foods to eat during different parts of HRT cycling.

I`m Guessing that during the Progesterone part of the cycle that Proteins would be best, and the Estrogen part wpould be best served with greater carbs (like chocolate! for example Big Grin )

my "Logic" and I could have this completely backwards or something, is that estrogen to lay down Fat, and Progesterone stimulates Tissue growth so would need more protein.
I know that`s a bit simplistic, but does it make any Scientific sense to do it this way? xx
