After an orchi can erections still be attained 
Will an orchi give peace from the testosterone mad swings ?
Does anybody know a married tg who has had one ?
Is transitioning necessary after an orchi ?

the answer is No, you don`t have to go any further than this if you didn`t want to, quite a few don`t. also think about the guys that have to have them removed for medical reasons that Aren`t trans, they`re ok afterwards.
you`de probably need to suplement hormores afterwards as i don`t think the adrenals can entirely make up for the loss, but it wouldn`t be huge amounts if any.


as an aside,
I have often wondered though, and this is probably one for Lotus!
since the choice seems to be T or E, surely P would work as well as it`s a hormone too, in fact it`s precursor to T and E, so I wonder if you`d be ok if you took neither T nor E but used P instead?

It may easier to t up with gel, than t down with anti androgens
