I don’t know how to post smaller pic from my iPad Huh

Any advise ?

Should be someplace in the app that is used for photos to "reduce size" or "rescan at lower resolution".

At present on 1 anti androgen 1 estrogen+progestine in morning and 1 estrogen tablet in evening
