I'm not sure my insurance is going to cover multiple patches and I don't have energy right now to fight with my parents about it (I'm an adult, but I'm disabled so I live with them and they help manage my finances). So I was thinking about taking PABA to increase estrogen.

I just messaged my doctor about it, but I'd also like to know what people here think about it. It seems it doesn't solely affect estrogen and it inhibits the liver's ability to function (correct me if I'm misunderstanding this) so I'm a little wary even though I'm at the point where I don't have much to lose.
