No that's fine. The bottle of reishini have says take 2 tablets per day at 500 mg each

Is it advisable to drink green while taking reishi mushroom i only ask as ive been drinking it for about a month now and i happen to like the taste but ive been told its an anti androgen and dont want it to interfere with the reishi mushroom or do my self harm
