my program:

PM - a pill at morning and at night
500mg for each


about me:
my breast's size is 90B. yeah i know.. its big.
but cause i have wide shoulder, it doesnt look so big
im kinda fat so my breasts may reduce if i lose weight T.T
my emotion's kinda womanly and i'm so rich in feelings from when i was a child

i developed my nipples for 3 years (not everyday, 1~2 times a month maybe?)
and i felt intense nipple orgasm on september .
its weird  my nipples arent sensitive but orgasm was intense.
and for some weeks place under the nipple (what's the word? idk) is almost always little aching
i think its because my estrogen is higher than before. its may be growing lol

i want extremely sensitive and puffy nipples, breast and the mental effects ♥♥♥

it was my mistake:
my breast size is not 90B, is 35B. the unit is different from my country.

first day :
I took a 500mg capsule at 6pm and 8pm.
the symptom is my heart beats differently. maybe little faster?
and the chest is little aching and so tired

how do you think 
is it just mental effect?

so I added it

day 2: 

PM : 2000mg
Maca : 2 pills

so tired than yesterday. and my chest still aching

day 3:

PM : 500mg  x 3(at 7am 11am 5pm)
BO : 250mg x 2 (7pm and keeping my body warm)
Maca : 2 pills
Milk Thistle : 2 pills

not so tired than yesterday, but I can still feel something in chest
nothing more special.

Day 6:

500x(3 or 4) PM (I don't remember)

250 x 4 BO
550 x 2 SP

Day 8 

I decided not to take SP because it can reduce estrogen
so I added WP(White Peony) and Chaste Tree

500mg x 3 PM
250mg x 3 BO
500mg  x 2 WP
40mg x 2 Chaste Tree

ps. is there daily dosage suggestions for White Peony and Chaste Tree?

I am not sure about other herbs, but why are you mixing PM and BO? 2000 Mg of PM per day would be enough for you to start growing breast tissue in just a few months.

if i may suggest not taking any P.M. with BO as my link below describes there could be a overload on your receptors, its ether one or the other "no photoestregens" and PUERARIA MIRIFICA is just the strongest of them you can take , d plenty of research and you should see this mentioned in many websites and personal made you tube videos..good luck to you
