Sarah,
I do not know if this helps, or not, but after I had been on PM for the same lengh of time as you, I had definite changes and, if I wore a T shirt, I had noticeable bounce when I walked, but, under most clothing, little or nothing was obvious. It was about June, this year, when I had to confront the fact that, in ordinary summer clothing, there was no concealing what was underneath. I went to Porthmadog and noticed a few women, looking at my chest.
I could only put off coming out, because, in the summer and early autumn, I am I chef's gear 12 + hours a day.
