I watched a documentary on problems with breast implants, about the side effects ( medically ). The vast majority need to be replaced @ 10 years.

Today we have over 70 genders and breast size is a big factor in gender expression.  In a majority of MTF cases a top surgery is the most common procedure. So many even a majority of new women are larger sized than Mom.

Also, NBE is an entry point of many men who want breasts. But my doctor said my careful natural development is just a starting point with NBE. I can have better results from top surgery because NBE gave me a great starting point. More HRT can be better if NBE comes first.

After i watched this show, i will stay with padded bra's or inserts before getting implants.
