I don't know whether this has been covered but I have a burning question for anyone who has been on PM, either on it's own, or together with other herbs or products, as part of an HRT program. I would like to know about body hair, facial growth, and whether beard disappears to some degree, softens, or goes away completely, and if so, what to expect after, say, 6 months.

In addition, does general hair growth (head) improve, and if so, to what degree does it change?

My body hairs on upper thigh and arms lighten a bit and is less course, after shaving chest the last time it no longer grows back yeah!

Also head hair is thicker as well and grows faster when I was on it I noticed after about 6 weeks for all of the above. But I did not see a face hair diff ... sorry!

Spearmint Tea reduces body hair. 
PM did somewhat, but I don’t remember to what extent. 
BO made my body hair stop growing. I have to shave 
every other to third day. It was really amazing. BO softened 
my head hair greatly. My hair always used to grow very fast. 
PM made it act weird. I grew new ‘parts’. Cowlicks appeared 
out of nowhere. It got thicker than it already was. It’s a weird 
thing, I tell ya. I loved being hair free so much I just bought 
a LumaRx Pro IPL. I’m hoping for full body success.

I've already ordered 6 months' supply of the Ainterol "New Strain", that is apparently 100% root extract and more potent than usual varieties (also a lot more costly). But thanks for the reference.

As for facial hair, I'v done 3 sessions of laser treatment 2 years ago, which helped for a while, but eventually starts creeping back again. And its such a long dragged-out process. "Instant vanish" is what I want.

After one session of IPL, I’m impressed.

a 94% reduction. We’ll see. So far, I’m optimistic. 
Besides Spearmint Tea, Progesterone Cream will
retard growth. Spearmint acted as a strong AA to me. 
Especially when I ate fresh leaves I grew as a potted

I've researched and read a lot about BO, however I am not going to go this route. My program is PM, RM, WP, with calcium & multi-vitamin supplements, and lots of water.

The LumaRx Pro IPL looks like a great piece of gear. I'm going to read a LOT about that one. Maybe that's a great option.

Damn!   So there's a LOT more to it then.

PM has done absolutely nothing get rid of my facial hair or decrease my MPB which has got worse not better.
Oddly enough it has completely got rid of my back hair, but when I had my chest lasered about 7 or 8 years ago I was left with a small patch of white hair in my cleavage, this grows faster or slower depending whether I'm currently taking PM or not.
Finally, PM reduced my black leg hair to a fine almost invisible fluff but it does start darkening and thickening again when I stop PM.

What about nails? I've always had brittle nails and have been unable to grow decent oval nails. They keep on breaking. I've read somewhere that PM (and therefor higher estrogen) is good for creating stronger nails. Is this true?
