I'm mainly concerned about this, because I get these on higher doses of PM.

Some of these though somehow make the male body seem entirely different than the female body. I mean hearts(and most parts)are transplantable between either, they can function just fine on either E or T. Studies often have strange biases, really most already have decided the conclusion they want from the start and just do the experiment to make data to back up their conclusion.

Low T and depression go hand in hand.
As well as fatigue and low energy.

I try to take magnesium, b vitamins(liver), cell salts and exercise to combat that

Lots of wonderful feminizing workouts on the web with one of my personal favorites
Wow,
Thanks for that link. I'm going to do this too.  Smile  And the other links connected to it are great too.

I also combine a power formula with calcium, Vit B, E, zink & other goodies too. One big white pill every morning. Hard to swallow.

Long time member here and returning to get back on program and stay there.  Blush

I started PM in Aug 2014....and leveled out at 2 caps morning and 2 evening with white peony extract sub lingual. in december 2016 while having cataract surgery I experienced very high heart rate , high bp and afib.

I really have no idea if it was related to the PM....but while getting that under control I quit my program.
After a year I eased back on to my PM/WP although in 2 cap a day. Briefly went back to 4 a day....after talking with a friend at FetLife.....I moved back to 2 a day (1 morning /1 nite) and started using the ainterol cream.

It's been off and on.....enough I've retained the growth i worked so hard to gain. No more heart events.....although Dr's these days try to pump you full of meds...Ive managed to just keep a bp med.

Already experienced the  loss of sex drive...as a man anyway....enlarged prostrate....and guy parts shrinking....OK with that.
The cardio vascular things worry me some....but Ill try to be alert to them as I stay in a two a day + cream in the desire to have and feel more feminine.
In closing....saying HI! to all the friends I haven't seen in a long time.

I stumbled across this paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3134227/) which indicates a causal connection between combined taking estrogen and androgen and prostate cancer, at least in laboratory rats.  It has me quite concerned.  I am interested in any analyusis or thoughts about it.

This is a great thread.....my concern is that once you "grow a pair" you MUST artificially maintain them for life despite the potential unknown or known dangers.

would think though if you went with BO you would not have to continue a maintenance routine

Hi folks ?
I have been on dr. prescribed hrt for 20 years. I have a few chronic illnesses but they are all tied to preexisting Cushing's syndrome that was undiagnosed.

On the plus side Ive had great results from hrt and noogling.

It's real important to keep monitored because a lot of the bad things that can happen are far too bad when symptoms show.

You must or those perkey titties will sag like an old woman.   Herein lies the problem.  If your doc tells you that your prostate is the size if a baseball and likely pre-cancerous, you will have to stop all estrogens then you're screwed.  It's going to be interesting to see how millions of transgenders will fare in the coming decades.  Titties are hot but my prostate is burning so I decided to stop.
