Stopping PM

#1

Hi everyone,

I have a question. I am considering dropping PM, at least for the foreseeable future, purely because I'm satisfied with my breast size. Just a nice A-cup full, with larger nipples that are very sensitive. I feel comfortable with my boobs and my butt. If I go further my boobs will really grow much larger and I will change forever. I know it. I can feel that my mind and my body craves more estrogen, and I am responding to it quicker than I ever imagined possible. I don't want large breasts and a big butt . . . . . at least not yet! This thing is like a drug, hard to stop. Things are happening too quickly, and I am knocked out by the results. I have a feeling that I have always had higher estrogen levels than most males, based upon my own life experiences, and it is probably why I am responding so quickly to the extra estrogen intake now.

So my question: What will the consequences be if I were to drop the PM, but continue with the Red Reishi and the White Peony, 1000mg each/day? Will changes remain, or not?

PM is like that for me too. Probably the only way I'm ever quitting for good is to switch to pharma HRT.

People discount the effects of changing levels of E and T to the brain, it seems like my brain misses the extra E when it's gone, and also doesn't really like the increased T.

Not sure about staying on just Red Reishi and White Peony, couldn't that just make it so you have both low E and low T?

Bev been there too, I have used PM for 4 months now and have stopped 8 days ago. Feels like the longing for a nice beer, I miss it a lot!

However seems every time I stop I grow faster for a few days then never loose size yet. Maybe I am E dominant? And it sounds like you are like me, higher E levels and lower T and stuff just takes off!

I wanted to stay at a 38a and low and behold I was there and decided 1 more month on PM would stay maybe a bit firmer or fuller.... and BAM full 38b 30 days later. And my butt is now very fem and bigger, hips too, and pelvic area fatter. I had to switch from 31-32 jeans to a misses 12 with a full cut for the bum.

I think it is so much impact mentally and it way changes the brain, at least that is how I feel.

So are you going to drop everything? I would still do massages etc everyday and maybe at least a small does of Fen to keep what you have.

OH at 4 months the boy stuff is broken for now, did that after 3 months on PM then in about 2 weeks came back some what fair, this time I dont know.

For others out there, this will help with a question I have and maybe Bev and others too.

If you stay on PM for a long amount of time does it break your T creation process and make you more into a female E procurer instead?

I kinda feel like my E is on auto pilot.

I would agree with everyone, once your brain has been exposed to E its difficult as heck to just stop.

Good luck though.

I completely understand your concern. I've also gotten way more than I bargained for. The thing is - and I think this isn't fully understood - the "flywheel effect" of increased E/decreased T is sginificant. For many weeks after dropping way back on PM and continuing Reishi, I've had continued growth. I think your brain/body's pattern of "feminine growth" can stay on track for a while after the hormones are cut back and the Reishi keeps the "road" cleared. There might be a mental aspect, I'm not sure. But I'm so obsessed with my boobs and it seems my body is accommodating my desire, despite the lack of chemistry in that direction.

So yeah, you do have to be careful, as you may continue to experience growth for a month or more after stopping and you might end up with some nice boobies!

I hear all of you!

PM, WP & Reishi Mushroom (and fenugreek before that) has definitely altered my brain in some way. I cannot put it down to something specific, but what I'm certain about is that I crave more estrogen. Other than changing my body physically with new feminine characteristics , there is definitely something else that happened in my brain. Chromosomes or cells or something has been altered. I feel so good when on E, just like it is something that has been missing all along.

So HOW do one stop taking these herbs, when all it does is good, and make you look and feel better? Two days without PM and I already have serious withdrawal symptoms. Can I hold out for a week or a month?

I got to have it!

I REALLY need and appreciate your support. Thank you and keep it coming with advice and thoughts.
