Fengureek or Wild Yam ?

Which is better to faster breasts growth ? Fengureek or Wild Yam? Now I use 1200 mg Saw Palmetto ,1600 mg Wild Yam and 3500 mg PM. I think about exchange Wild Yam  for Fengureek but i'm worried that body after fengureek smells terrible.. What do You think ? Greetings for all Smile

The First, I would drop back that PM dose. It’s very high. 

You’ll get better Anti-Androgen results with Red Reishi, 
than Saw Palmetto. Fenugreek is a standard with NBE. 
The smells irritates some. It upsets my stomach. 
Wild Yam is a worthy replacement. Shatavari is my choice. 

I’d read up on the thread, Breast Growing Notes. 
There’s lots of good info in there. Lotus put a lot of time 
and research into that thread.

I have 2 packs saw palmetto yet. I will end it and I will bought reishi. Swanson's Reishi 600 mg is good choice ? How it dosage ?

I know... old thread.
However, please tell us more about Shatavari. Is it a replacement for Wild Yam? Or replacement for Fenugreek?
I had it before, never seemed to promote NBE for me (but I wasnt taking anything else for NBE at the time). May have made me very horny sometimes on high doses.
