Just dropping in to give everyone an update, this may be my last post. As my nick signifies, I was on a breast quest. Mission complete.
If you are not using Affirmations or Binaural beats, you are doing it wrong.
I have been around this forum for almost 9 years. I used herbs and PM from the start with some success. Once I discovered affirmations,  was done eating any kind of pill.
My under bust measures 39", 44" across the nipples. I had to really do some soul searching as to whether or not I really wanted boobs because they started growing faster than I could make up my mind. In the end, they made up my mind for me.
Some of the lessons I learned using affirmations are to make sure, really sure to listen to only one beat. There are literally hundreds of them on Youtube. Decide on one and listen to it religiously, do not listen to a bunch of them. Another thing i learned is that each beat will shape your breast differently. The one i am currently using is making my breasts heavy on the outside/bottom and they are getting much heavier. I think boobs are only heavy when you have them in a bra, otherwise sometimes I forget that they are there.

Please post the ones you use and what they do for you. A lot of videos lilnked to from the forums have been taken down over the years. Thanks!

These are the only ones I use, YMMV but they do work. The last link is for huge, sensitive nipples, if you are wanting that. It works very well. Not only are my boobs very hard to hide, the added presence of big nipples has compounded the task of concealing them.
Pick one for the boobs and stick to it. Try not to bounce around. Each beat will make your boobs a different shape. My last up I think I was using the "Voluptuous Boobs" beat. It made them grow heavy on the bottom/outside. The "Huge round boobs" beat is the one I am using right now. Crazy how it moves my progress around, from the bottom outside to the top inside. It's the top/inside growing that makes them harder to conceal.
Sorry, no pics. I have never taken a single photo of myself and I don't plan to start now. You may have to trust me on this one.
Look at it this way, it's totally free and you don't have to swallow one single pill, ever.

The more you listen, the more effective it will be. Listen in your sleep, still works. Volume is not important as long as you can hear it.
It is so effective that I can't listen full time for fear of growing too large. It is a very surreal moment when you wake up one morning 3/4 of a cup size larger on one side. You keep feeling and rubbing, telling yourself "it wasn't this big last night"....
But at the end of the day, your left tit is much bigger. Make sure this is what you want because once this starts working....

Now that i have had another major growth spurt i can testify that Binaural beats work! Imagine growing full, heavy boobs without swallowing a single pill....
The breast grows funny, right before this spurt I woke up and it felt like my left boob was smaller (less projection) , what i also noticed was that it was wider. The next morning my left boob had almost an entire inch more projection that my right one.
Like I said, you wake up the next morning with a larger boob, crazy. I almost didn't notice until i put my bra on it felt a little snug (I was like wtf?)

Look above in this thread, I provided links to the beats that I use. I strongly recommend that you only listen to one beat, do not mix them up. 
I really do not understand why more people don't try this. It's almost impossible to hide my breasts now as they are really starting to get heavy. I am amazed at the support structure that is built into them.

I listen to subliminals at night.  I think they help.
