Emotional changes with PM usage.

#1

I have read in a few threads about the calming effect of PM on a persons moods, and have experienced a little of that myself, and I love how it makes me feel.  But, has anyone experienced an emotional change also from the use of NBE products, such as PM?

I was never one to be seen as a crier before, but now, since beginning my PM regimen, I very easily begin to tear up for events and instances that in the past, I would have shrugged off and gone about my usual routine.  This has become very pronounced in the last two months.  I easily get tears welling in my eyes from reading some stories, both true and fiction, and from movies I have viewed in the past and never had this type of reaction too.

I am not complaining at all.  The experience of a good cry is very cathartic and seems to really bust through stressful situations.  I actually feel so much better afterwards, it is hard to believe I could never let loose like this and just "have a good cry."

Is it just me maybe?  Or have others gone through a phase like this after starting on NBE?  The products I am taking include 500mg of PM every morning followed by PM serum massage and breast enhancement cream massage, Fenugreek at night before bed, Estroven Menopause relief for the Black Cohosh and Saw Palmetto primarily, plus a Centrum Silver for Women Multi V.  Could any of these products or combination of them contribute to the emotional reaction I have been experiencing?

Love,

OH it is for sure the PM, does the same to me. I think it is the elevated levels of E in our system and I always have thought that T is the happy hormone, but to much =aggression.

Similar for gals too E + happy, but surges in E = depression sorrow etc.

Hi Happyboobs,

Thank you for letting me know it's not just me.  That is a relief to know I am not having some odd side effects.

If anything, I've become a lot more bitchy with less empathy. Can't help it. It's a natural phenomena. Maybe its the hormonal change. I have to think about
it now when dealing with some people otherwise I sound abusive and rude.

Is this bad? I reckon so. Maybe its a phase I'm going though. Maybe the depression and crying is still coming ???

Hello, I'm new to the site, and very happy to be here. I've been on Fenugreek for a month then found PM. I started about a week ago,and WOW, The girls and I love this stuff.I really love the way it makes me feel. Is there any reason I can't take the Fenugreek and the PM in the same day? What else can I add to the herb program? What about Maca root,I hoping to get to a 48DD.I love the way the girls are shaping up on 500 x 4 a day.I ordered a B-pump and oil massage 2 x day. I understand it takes time and there is no way I'll ever pass I'm doing this for me!

Hi, I've been on Fenugreek for a few months laat year, and yes, it does make books grow. But not in a boob way, but more in a glandular way, that disappears again when you stop. Fenugreek promotes prolactin, and the effect of it is that your milk ducts develop quite a lot, but more so as lumps behind the breast, that can become quite sore, and don't do much good. I say this from personal experience. It doesn't really contribute to breast growth. It's more for women who are breast feeding, with well developed breasts. There is also the notion that fenugreek actually works against breast growth, since it is naturally a temporary thing, when a woman is pregnant.

PM, together with an anti androgen, is what's required

I would say the PM is the culprit. Until yesterday I have been on PM only and have been doing a lot of crying the last weeks.
