Are you taking just estrogen + anti androgen ?
Do you take separate progesterone ?
Or do you take estrogen + progesterone combo with anti androgen ?

Any adverse side effects ?

Are you on HRT now? How is that going? Are you making progress? I’m still doing NBE and although I’ve not done a hormone test, I know my T is suppressed. I get by with PM, Green & Spearmint Tea. When I add RR, I get extremely lethargic. Like, can’t get out of bed for two days, lethargic.

I’m boosting GH, taking MSM, American Ginseng, Vitamin B,C,D, and using progesterone Cream, too.

When you use progesterone cream, you have to massage it across your boobs to get full effect
