Exclusively taking PM?

Has anyone here used only PM and seen results? What effects did it have? Would appreciate it if anyone who fits this description can provide a timeline of events  Smile

There's several threads in the member's personal programs section where PM was the only supplement used. Go take a gander. For example, see Kuzzy's threads. 

PM only programs can still get good results. Effects are: boobs, ass, feminine fat shifting.

time line is 2-5+ years for full boob growth

breast buds in about 4 months on average.

there are no guarantees though, everyone is different.

I take only PM for two reasons.   I have no plans to transition.  I want to stay male and not kill off all testosterone.   The other reason is that I'm very conscious of drug interactions and worry about how all the herbs interact with each other.

'PM only' worked for me, although I did dabble with other stuff before I found PM.

Timeline?
Took a couple of weeks for fat shifting to start.
Took 3 months for budding to start.
Took 18 months or so before actual growth stopped but after that there were still some shape changes.

For the last few years I've been on and off PM for various reasons and for various lengths of time. Each time the pattern is virtually identical: fat moving away becomes obvious after about 3 weeks of stopping, and moving back in starts in about 6 weeks.

Other changes for me are virtually nothing. The only thing of note being reduced leg and chest hair, which seems to be ongoing and semi-permanent, but no other body changes such as head hair regrowth, or bigger bum, thighs, etc. Arguably my face might be a little fuller but that could just be increased fat generally due to age.

So every time you stop taking PM, the fat redistributes back to more male areas?

Apart from a few months at the very begining when I used Flaxseed oil and Red Clover, I have only been using PM for the last few years. I took it super easy, just doing one week on PM at low dosage every month for example, because I don't want to grow too much too soon. (Family...)

What you gain on any herb/hrt/etc... is divided in two types:
1) Fat deposits, that go away when you lose weight or if you stop taking those substances
2) Actual breast tissue that will not go away. Breast tissue starts growing after budding, which is when you'll feel two nodules under your nipples that will eventually blend with the rest of your flesh and start building breast tissue.

There are a few more reasons why boobs may lose some size. For example some herbs (incl PM) increase the blood stream in the breast area. Less blood = less volume and weight when you stop.

I agree with the timelines given by others: at month 3/4 you'll go through budding. Depending on your body, after 3 or 4 months, so at month 7/8, you should have some boobage. On a slim body the changes will be more visible because it takes less tissue and fat to shape a breast, while on a chubby body it will take way longer because you must grow enough tissue to push out the new shape through the existing fat.
Waist shrinking happens fairly soon, even just at month 3.
Softer skin happens immediately after 2 weeks.
Fat body "shifting" from your "male" fat areas to ass and hips will take a longer time.

The fat moves away from my chest, yes, but of course the breast tissue itself is permanant so my boobs start to look more like post-menopausal, with hollow tops and a some slight sagging. It never goes back to a male chest.

I only took pm for the longest time. I was trying to hang onto some T, too. I was drinking Green Tea consistently during this time. I’d recommend that, because it’s best to block DHT to get decent boobie growth. I should have added a prolactin source & growth hormone, too. PM only will work, but the best course of action imo is the formula posted by Lotus on page one of the “Breast Growing Notes” thread. Good Luck.

I wish we had more control over everything. 

What I want the most is minor breast growth and for fat to redistribute to feminine areas, without a major compromise of muscle mass or too much change in my the masculinity of my face. A minor boost in my personality being feminine would be cool too as long as it's only minor.
