I started this journey with the wife on board, a month later I am surprised at the growth. I really just want bigger nipples and to maintain the B cups I have now. Anyone have a program the would concentrate on nipple growth?

I use whatever extract is available from my local health food store. If that's not available, I'll mix rc powder from a capsule with lotion and apply it, but that's messy and will stain clothes.

I know this is a super old thread, but I’d be really interested in trying something like this. Does anyone know what the recommended dose and frequency would be for the red clover extract?
If you just wanted to grow the nipples and nothing else, would it still make sense to also use anti-androgens and all the rest, or is would the RC extract be enough?

I would also like to know more about rubbing Red Clover extract onto the nipples, anyone have any info?
