I know you’re experiencing a sense of struggle, like we all do. That being said, have you tried American Ginseng like lotus recommended? Being in the UK, you might have difficulty obtaining it? If so, consider Fenugreek with Saponins. It’s the Saponins in AG the Lotus recommends as a 2nd messenger. After my current bottle of Shatavari, I’m considering switching. 

I mention this, as a change-up to your program might provide a boost.
