Thank you Dru and Lotus for your advices!
I personally would prefer to stick with capsules because of privacy: i hide all my capsules and anxiety medications in one small safe box with a key. That's the only type of privacy i can get in this house. I still live with my parents and i have no type of space whatsoever for me. I don't know if a bag of powder can be hidden as a small jar of capsules, also taking it out and putting some in tea/coffee would require a little of time without my parents walking around to see what i am doing. Anyways, i checked up on Amazon and ebay and it doesn't seem i can find any famous brand of Reishi powder, specifically i checked out Terrasoul official site and see for their products, but the site clearly says that "international shipping is no longer available for orders outside the US". My country is kind of isolated for international things, always behind and disconnected from any type of e-commerce thing and in rare cases i can find something, there are crazy shipping taxes.
In case i will get powder in the future i will probably have to stick with one of the few brands available on Amazon.it (which has nothing compared to other countries' amazon sites).
Luckily, my Calcium supplements seems to have also VItamin D3 in it, so at least that is ok.
Btw, DVT doesn't necessarily target 50 and over, it targets young adultsThat is not ok... damn. I thought i was kind of "in a more safe
too. See the study(s) below that DVT was found in a 20yr old, and a
famous 21yr. old basketball player. Generally, this risk factor goes up
after the age of 40. Staying fit and active with a sensible diet reduces
the chance of getting thrombosis.
Anyways, thank you for the help and kindness!

MY medications are as follows Metformin 500mg, Fenofibrate 160mg, Atorvastatin 20 MG, Tamsolosin HCK .4 mg, Lorsartan Potassium 100 mg and Vitamin D3. I do have a regular family practice doctor, and no, I have not spoken to him about this. I think if I were going to talk to a doctor on this topic, I would want to find one to adress just this part of my care I can understand the need to keep some items like the liver in check. I have been told that I have fatty liver and my while my liver enzymes are in normal status and are checked annually they are not necessarily checked on each 4 month visit for my diabetes.
Lotus,
You are so kind and gentle when responding. My doctor had no problems telling me that I am obese. I think at the time i weighed less than I do now by about 15 lbs. At my largest, he told me I was morbidly obese. Having said that, it might seem odd that I have been seeing him now for about 15 years. He and I have talked about things like my Low T and the impact the Low-T has on masculinity, Erectile Dysfunction and lack of sexual desire. I am very open with him and have no issues talking with him about these very personal things. I appreciate that he talks to me in a very straightforward way. He does not pull any punches but he will take the time to listen anyting I need to talk aobut. I am almost....almost... comfortable enough to talk to him about the things we discuss here on this site. However, he also my wife's Family Practice doctor and she is listed on my records as the only one other than me who can see my medical records.
I stopped PM and SP two days ago. I didn't throw them away, but I have put them away for now. I am taking a break while I consider what I am going to do or not do. I have come to share your concens about PM even at the lower dosage and IF I start back on this path will look at the creams that you had suggested, or just have a conersation with my doctor about HRT. Thank you again for your honesty and the research you have done on the science behind all of this. I am not sure I understand all the science, but it has helped!
