I used to be a DJ 40 years ago. I used to have a large collection. I got rid of most of them through many moves when CD’s became a thing. I wish I held onto them, now. I did bring back about 100 albums from a recent visit to my folks. I’d like to get back into records, tbh.
But my favorite music is from the 70s. My wife fronted bands for over 30 years, so 70s music is big in our household. I play guitar, so I’m always playing something from that era. Be it blues rock from bands like Aerosmith, or top 40 album tunes from then.
I grew up hearing classic country & gospel bluegrass, so those are high on the list, too.
Hank Williams iii is my favorite current artist from the last 20 years. I *love* me some Hank 3 !!!
I don’t watch TV or movies, and haven’t in over 20 years, so that’s out.
