This was a really good advice and i'll keep it in case this new Reishi should prove itself ineffective or if in the future i would not be able to purchase anymore. Apparently Green Tea with EGCG (50%) is easier to find than Reishi with Beta-Glucans " alt="" title=""> .

No worries, it's cool. Good question, albiet similar they both have their separate health and wellness aspects. 1-2 cups of green tea should pose an issue.
