Do not mix the two. Just from memory, there's a receptor conflict there so they don't work well together. Both can raise blood clotting risk when taken orally. Pharma estradiol is said to be about four times as potent as Pueraria mirifica, so as you're already on pharma E, you should have plenty of estrogen in your body anyway. Smile

But from what I know, adding the MSM + vitamin D3 combination could be beneficial for you as that keeps the HGH(human growth hormone) higher (Again, from memory, do not quote me on this.) and should not have any issue with your hrt.

Honestly? I took only 2mg at 60kg so that's why it did absolutely nothing to my body but made me emotional and very bitchy. 12 mg....wow I cannot imagine that amount, that's just crazy.

Well, it isn't that much if you consider that most of it goes for nothing. If you would inject estradiol, for instance, approximately 10mg is enough for 5 days.

When you're already on HRT, there's no need to add herbs into the mix. Your body has a limited number of receptors for processing estrogen. Time, not overloading your receptors is the key for growing breasts.

Red Reishi might help.
