Hi
Quick question hope somebody can offer advice
I started on pm only and have surprisingly found it has more benefits to my health and well-being than imagined
So have put the breast growing to one side as as much as would love to have breasts but reality has struck and to have and hide is not practical sadly
So the question... for now and am just taking one 250 mg capsule in the morning every day and enjoying a calm mind and a settled stomach for the first time in years...can I take the 250 with out and growth to my breasts ??

On that small dose it is unlikely you will get much growth going on... I would guess nearly none or something very slowly. I think you can go on with it without much fear of growing giant boobs out of nowhere.

There are also some possible benefits to PM with regard to cholesterol. Low dose of about 25 mg PM gave good results within one month of use. "A 2-month study in 19 postmenopausal women concluded that taking Pueraria mirifica supplements increased HDL cholesterol by 34% and reduced LDL cholesterol by 17%" https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19060449/

Thanks for that, when you say low dose of 25 mg is that correct or did you mean 250 , my capsules are 250 mg per capsule
And I have read all the health benefits and I have experienced a few major positive health benefits since I started taking them hence the question

25 mg is correct. Other studies have used 25 to 100 mg for other therapeutic benefits. Just do a PM benefit search. Its pretty easy to take a capsule and open it and divide it into smaller doses. There is a Swanson PM product that is 100 mg per cap. That would be easy to divide into quarters or halves. You may want to watch out for blood pressure issues and if you are on blood thinners.

Thank you great advice I might even take one capsule every three / four days and see how that goes not sure if dividing a capsule is possible.it has done wonders for some small issues I have had for years
