Hi all,
I was hoping that somebody here would be able to help me get started on this journey. I’ve been chest massaging for the past few months and have noticed minor results and got a set of nipple suckers recently (the twisting variety) and now I’d like to take it to the next level.
I’m not sure if it’s relevant but genetically speaking every female in my family is large chested (smallest would be around a 34C if i had to guess) and I’m already carrying decent weight in my chest due to putting on a bit of weight during the pandemic. I’d like to fill out enough to have about as large a chest as possible before people question it (for now at least).
From what I gather the best way to start is just with PM but any and all advice is greatly appreciated. I’m a complete novice so if somebody could break it down for me and suggest a starter programme that would be great.
PS: I’m 19, born male, 6”4 and weigh 230lbs

Like everyone start with a low dosage of PM for a month or two then ramp it up over time.
I'm taking 3000mg of pm. 1000 at breakfast and 2000mg at dinner along with.
Moringa Oleifera twice daily.
Fennel seeds twice daily too.
All theses i got from pipingrock in a sale.
I didn't need a testosterone blocker as im very low T naturally.
Someone else might help you more.

Did you start on 3000 per day or did you start lower and work your way up?

Started with 1000mg PM for 1 week then upped to 2000mg after that for 3 weeks. Now i'm on 3000mg a day.

I’ll probably order the 1000mg caps then, I was thinking to get dandelion root and reishi as well but not sure if that’s rushing in

You’ll definitely want an anti-androgen as well as PM. I had good luck with Red Reishi and White Peony (1000mg of both).
Without an AA, you’ll likely have a limited effect, as much of the breast growth is due to the relative difference between testosterone and estrogens.
