I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I’m VERY new to this. I’ve taken 3 pm pills from purafem. 2 a day, 350mg each. What else should I be taking along with pm? I can’t explain how excited I am about this.

  I have read many posts here but can’t seem to find people’s programs that have worked for them. I’m pretty sure pm alone isn’t the most effective route.  Can’t wait to interact with like minded individuals!!

Well apparently I have been doing everything very wrong but have a very full b cups. IDK how that possibly happened now I have been enlightened but however, we can read and study and f- it all up but it still may work anyway, don't let it stress  you. Don't worry, be happy.
