Difference between saw Palmetto and red reishi?

#1

As the title really, been doing some browsing on NBE and AA and these 2 keep cropping up, is there any benefit to using one over the other or do they both offer different benefits when it comes to breast development with say  PM or fenugreek? If not what is the best to use as cost wise they are similar? Sorry if the question has been asked before, tried searching but couldn't find a conclusive answer.

Thanks in advance.

Look, in my opinion (feel free to disregard it) Saw Palmetto is weak or doesn't work that much. Reishi on the other hand was unexpectedly surprising in delivering results. If you go for Reishi make sure it has beta glucans and and polysaccarides, i remember Lotus saying a similar thing and i trusted her advice.

As for Pueraria over Fenugreek? I would choose Pueraria, as it is stronger and seems to act faster than fenugreek. Be aware that PM does suck your Calcium out of your body so you need to resupply it by taking a Calcium (+ Vitamin D3) supplement. Also remember you can not take both together as they compete for the same receptor (PM and FG).

I tried all of these 4 supplements in the past and am currently using a combo of Red Reishi and Pueraria Mirifica.

Thanks for the reply, SO red rishi it is, looking at both FG and PM, FG for me is easier to obtain as can be ordered from Amazon and delivered next day or collected from a locker, but depending on results may cycle between them as they both - from what ive read anyway - build tissue in different ways, FG is more about building and extending the milk ducts/ glands( so you may end up with a rounder breast growth??) while PM is more for volume?? FG in my mind will help get the ball rolling before using PM?

Did read about needing a calcium supliment, so will get that added to my lil shopping list.

The availability is a good factor  to chose from, i too started with Fenugreek as it  was avaliable in Amazon compared to Pueraria which seemed inexistent in my country. And yes i've read too that FG is good for milk ducts and lactating. I tried it  in the past (way before joining this forum) and i think it did something, i was too much inconsistent with it and it required a lot of pills to swallow compared to PM.
About the calcium, i'm not so sure if you need it while going with Fenugreek, i remember Fenugreek didn't impact my calcium levels back when i used it, but you might wait for someone more experienced with it. I'm quite limited regarding Fenugreek.
As for rounder breasts, i think the most efficient thing for me was Progesterone Cream applied on the breast with some massages (but without touching the areolas).

Calcium tends to come as a multivitamin tablet I've found so can't see it being detrimental to anything also looking at black maca for adding vitamins and proteins to aid tissue growth, may not help grow anything but will help me down the line should I sway towards PM, progesterone will be a fair bit away as sure I read it's best to wait till after the buffing stage before using any progesterone as it can block recievers in the chest, already got some mild budding thanks to having mild gynocomastia ( can feel hard/ squishy lumps/ fibre's under the nipples ) so may not be as far away as I feel ?

Yeah you are not wrong, progesterone there has been rumors here in  the forum is  better taking it after a certain amount of budding will be there (you will eventually notice it after starting feeling hard lump under your areolas).
Wait for 2-3 moonths and enjoy the progress of breast growth, eventually if you see there is a lot of budding then you will use it. Feel free to buy it when you want and use it at a later time  Wink

That's the plan, trying to get a list of stuff to reference so can either have it sat ready if and when I decide to take it further, and this forum has been a great help in that regard

Meant to ask you mentioned rubbing progesterone cream on the chest/ breast but not the areola/ nipple area, any particular reason why?

i don't remember exactly why and am not able to explain it in a more specific way. I suggest looking into Lotus' Project X section of the forum. i remember reading about Progesterone from her and HelloDidi.
It was kind of important though, so keep an eye on it if you can find it.
