Project X (hrt)

Hi Lotus,

It's lovely to see you in shape! I want to take time to let you know that your work has a tremendous potential effect into improving the way we understand endocrinology and in my own interest, schizophrenia.

For me your work is not about breast growth, it's actually the way to reverse the deficiency chain reaction.

The result?

Hapiness, wellness and a free mind for the common soul.

Cheers to open sourcing!

And here was I thinking I'm going somewhere.... Sad

About the tincture, I have been ona forced break with it as the ingredients are so expensive, but my diary confirms faster growth while on it.... Although in this thread my boobs are absolutely pathetic to report anything on, but the tincture works.

You've done very well in the short time doing nbe/hrt, don't be to hard on yourself. You can always hit the ignore function if this thread (or even myself) adds dysphoria. Hang in there.

so what you're saying is that people that are just starting out shouldn't take the tincture? Also excited for that new science.

Hi Aria, I recieved your relpy...thank you. The tincture is an enhancement to an established program, the timing as when to add and/or try would vary upon the person's goal(s). For myself I used the tincture in year 8 (of 10 years total), which is when I discovered the potential. New science is forthcoming, hopefully in the next few days.  Smile

Hi Manue, aw...what lovely comments, thank you so much. Last year I gained weight (not gonna say how much lol), but I did lose tha 40 lbs...oops, I just gave it away.  Blush I'm not sure how or why I gained the weight?, maybe it came post-op  orchiectomy- which is anadotely reported in some orchi patients (or post covid related?)  Dodgy  I'm back on track now, and I have abs again, which you can't judge from the attached photo. I do an 18-20 hour fast followed by a four hour eating window. No more than 1,500 calories per day and nothing to eat past 8pm. I keep carbs below 20, I'm not strict keto but follow my own version. Fighting insulin cravings is the worst, especially being diabetic. When I follow this plan I can average 2- 3 pounds of weight per day. But there's also evidence tying high levels of Leptin to the beginning of early onset stages of puberty to the formation of TEB'S (breast buds). Obesity and being too lean could be effective breast growth, a fat to lean mass of 17% to 26%17% fat/body wt. was reported necessary for puberty.

I'll post more info asap.

Do you know what triggers those cravings?

Although I balanced my BMI using MCT oil and dropping trans fats, I follow this doctor on Twitter who is opposed to Ketosis. He has an incredible approach on dieting so I believe you might like him. He inspires me.

I'll eargerly read your info on body mass. Wink

Hi Manue,

Here's a study explaining how food cravings start. If one is craving sugary/salty foods it could be a blood sugar issue, insulin insensitivity, metabolic syndrome. Consuming more fiber can help lower insulin. Keep in mind insulin spikes testosterone production...something to keep in mind.

Insulin levels, hunger, and food intake: an example of feedback loops in body weight regulation
J Rodin. Health Psychol. 1985.

Abstract
The paper reviews studies considering whether hyperinsulinemia, and its resultant effects on adipose tissue mass, can alter perceived hunger, taste, and food consumption. It also describes work addressing the reciprocal question of whether cues associated with food can affect insulin response. Specifically, four general categories of studies are presented. First, studies considering the causes and physiological consequences of chronic hyperinsulinemia are reviewed. Second, work investigating environmental and cognitive influences on insulin secretion are described. These show that high acute levels of insulin can be produced by simply seeing and thinking about food and that individuals showing this response show a greater tendency toward weight gain in a food-abundant environment. Third, studies are covered in which direct manipulations of insulin level, controlling for blood glucose, are performed. These experiments show that elevations in insulin produce increased hunger, heightened perceived pleasantness of sweet taste, and increased food intake. Finally, a study is described that considers how different insulin levels, produced by the type of food ingested, may affect subsequent food intake. Together, these studies show that "overeating" is caused by a complex feedback system of environmental, behavioral, and biological factors.

I still have not had any growth. I am trying to lose all the weight I gained because it went to my stomach not my chest.

I am struggling with hunger so I take glucomannan every day. I tried using progesterone compounded cream on my chest and inner thighs. It did make them feel fuller, however the bust size never increased. I have been an A cup for years. No matter what I try.

I am currently taking berberine and fenugreek saponins hoping It will do something.

My recent blood test showed my hormone levels are great, yet I had no growth.
