Is that a waist trainer/corset you're wearing btw? You said your band has gone down to 36, due to weight loss? I've lost some too and I think very soon nearly all 38's might fit the best. My currently best fitting bra I keep on tightest setting as it gives such nice lift and its kinda stretchy material. Non stretching stuff, I'm not sure as some manufacturers just do their own thing.
Its interesting how I seem to have almost opposite shape than you btw, I mean root width + height. I envy that projection.

Thank you Lara, yes that's a waist trainer, I got it hoping it would help for posture after the back surgery, I'm finally at a point I can use it. My bottom rib(s) are a problem, I think. The weight loss seems to help a little imo. You kidding right? I've seen your protection...you have no worries there hon.

Look on YouTube for posture stretching (mild exercises), start with the neck. You'll be amazed after a few weeks just by doing the stretching and strengthing how you'll feel.

Fabulous. That’s all I can say. Absolutely fabulous.
I tried the backdoor PC route with 200mg and it seemed to immediately jumpstart growth and to round out what I had. It also made it more permanent. That is, if I went on break I could generally go back to flat-ish. But not after a few months of PC. Those girls were there for good![]()
Also, basic yoga stretches to strengthen posture are great. I try to do frogs pose a few times a week.

I believe in progesterone's potential, it doesn't work for everyone though, and not everyone is on board with the science either. Here's one doctors perspective who's a Professor of Endocrinology at a university in Canada.

So you make a liquid tincture with these, meaning with 6-8oz of water, squeeze in 1/2 of a lemon, (lemon are acidic outside the body but alkalizing in the body...plus it inhibits T) and cayenne liquid extract, aids in reducing stomach fat too. The cayenne has quite a few health benefits, like it's an appetite suppressant and initiates thermogenesis in fat cells, which is beneficial for breast growth, you'll find information on thermogenesis in this thread, type in thermogenesis, cayenne in the search option on the bottom on each page. I purchased cayenne extract on Amazon, I found one that's alcohol free and organic. Please discuss using Cayenne/Capsicum with your health care professional, it may not be right for everyone. The instructions on the extracts say to dilute the extract...this is very important.
I've been cataloging research for years lol, recently I came across information on how TEB (Terminal End Buds) are created, other than what's been discussed in this thread this process is derived from TGF-alpha/EGF as being essential for the growth of breast buds (aka-terminal end buds). TGF stands for Transforming Growth Factor, and EGF for epidermal growth factor. Honestly it's exciting science
