alright, this is late. 4 days ago, 27th of july, i reached my 9th month on HRT. my first full month on injections has been very nice, albeit patchy in terms of injection. had to deal with a funeral, but im not going into that past that clause.
I'm progressing pretty well, i'd say, but i don't have to.

Hey all,
its september 28th, a day after my 11 month anniversary. I have gone through a bunch of stuff, including a really bad fever. but ive made it through it all, and im ok. Ive skipped 10 month on this forum, but i might include one of the pics in a timeline pic at 1 year anniversary. but anyhow, here are the pics.

I think the next thing i'll introduce is GABA. god knows im lacking in HIIT, so growth hormone might be a limiting factor.
I hope i'm making progress, is rather hard to tell at times, despite what people tell me. anyhow, good to be back.

Congrats on your recent gains & getting over your fever. The first link looks great. Very feminine.
I have a hard time doing H.I.I.T. too, except for when the criteria fits yard work. Yesterday I did climb a 20 foot ladder four times that about killed me.
I’d suggest giving the Keto diet a go. It’s fairly easy to do once you get into it. If nothing else, just start out by dropping white carbs, ie; sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes, etc. I lost 40 lbs fairly quickly this way. I’m definitely stuck at my current weight, so more work is obviously needed.
Congrats on your hair growth, too! You’re coming right along nicely, I’d say!

Hi Dru.
YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!
I love the shape of your breasts. Full with nice bottom shape, and nipples forward looking.
You have come a long way. Congratulations.
If I may ask, How is the rest of your move to womanhood coming along?
Are you presenting as female?
How is your family relations?
How is your mentality, meaning do you think and act more feminine in a regular day, or do you have to make the switch from Boy to girl?
Are you using the Noogleberry?

Hey, you two ^-^ good to see you both. Well, not see per se, but you know what i mean.
I should probably cut out white carbs, you're right, steve. Bread is very tasty, though. And i should exercise more in general, forget the High intensity interval part. Sad :(
And hai bobbi, its good to hear from you again :D and its good to hear such praise, feels good. I must say that ive been dragging my feet when it comes to social transition. It's hard to take such a step when you know you're going to tower over most men, much less women. My family relations are just fine i think, but then again, aforementioned like of social transition. I think i do think like a girl a lot more, but then again I couldn't say how a girl thinks without going into a tautology.
The noogleberry... is a complicated subject. i have been using it now and then but not near enough to be usesful enough. I should use it more, I admit. One thing that gets in the way is a little bit of skin on my right nipple that swells up like a blister when I use supple nips or noogleberry >.< reasonably it probably isn't that big a deal and if it is it likely wouldn't be affected by suction, but my brain uses that tiny little thing to self sabotage. But its still in view, i haven't lost it and i could have it on in 15 minutes if i decided to put it on.

Hi Aria, apologies for the late response here, I think you've made considerable progress just in the last seven months alone, congrats. L.

Hi Lotus, it's fine the response is late, unless that comment was on my 7 month milestone, in which case wow, that's some serious procrastination
Im in the predicament where I want to ask you for another step to take in HRT/NBE, but tbh my current regimen i've been slacking on. MSM is very rarely taken, I occasionally take my Vitamin B, C, D, Omega 3 fish oil... and i think thats everything- wait, and my reishi mushroom powder. I should prob add calcium to that. but given that im flopping on that, it seems a bit moot to ask you for another thing.
But I'll do it anyway. What would you add next?
