Dru's HRT | I'm alive, and ready to grow!

#61

Congratulations on your continued progress! I know I would have loved to transition 40 years ago, but I’m still afraid today of what my strict family would think. I think your plan on restricting white foods is a good start. Breads, sugar, rice, potatoes & pasta. Then just take it from there. I dropped 40 lbs, but I’ve plateaued for over a month now, and can’t seem to get much further. I know I’m at the point of needing regular exercise, besides the every few days work in the yard, but that’s a hard habit for me to get into. I would love to noogle, but my wife would have a conniption fit. As far as MSM goes, taking at night before bed with MSM like Lotus says, works best for me. Best of luck to you going fwd!

Lol, no it's just a late response. I looked back at your pics from February of this year to compare how you've progressed, so that's how I came to my conclusion. Smile

In order of importance:

Progesterone
Msm
Reishi
Vitamin D3
Calcium

There's actual science involved in using progesterone and MSM. If you can't obtain prescription micronized P4 (progesterone) opt for PC, (progesterone cream) it will usually deliver 20mg of micronized USP progesterone...which is sufficient to start with. The MSM has many benefits for health and breast growth, for instance: MSM helps to restore what progesterone destroys during its protein metabolism and stimulate GH(growth hormone) through a specific cellular pathway. Taking vitamin D3 (5,000IU per day) with calcium is also for breast health and bone mineralization. Reishi is your AA but does more for health too. There's other add ons but this is my core NBE program that gets the best results. If you're on HRT take out the reishi, you'd still take the other items.

Good luck.

I wonder if a shortage of MSM can promote conversion from PG to DHT. If so, I should let Jamie May know about it.

As for sources of PG, I could solicit my HRT provider, maybe if the stars align they could give it to me. Otherwise, I do have a bottle of PG cream I bought like 2 years ago. It may be past its expiration date :/

Thanks for the advice Lotus, see u around<3
