Hi Gabrielle,

I would say that MSM is never a bad thing, when taken in sensible amounts. It is a sulfurous chemical, which is useful in several ways for body. I am actually taking it as a powder, approximately 2-3g/day. When mixed in juice or similar it doesn't taste too much of anything, and powder is very much more economical than capsules.

MSM is, together with vitamin C, kind of supporting supplement, while the main "growth factor" is for instance taking Pueraria Mirifica (referred here mostly just as"PM"), and androgen-blockers such as Red Reishi ("RR").

Hello to all,

Again thank you all for your kind comments, I take the capsules for ease and quicker, if you read my post, here in the UK they are very cheap, this is mainly due to the amount we use because of arthiritis, world wide there are millions of people with this problem, I am riddled with it so it can only help.

Below I extracted this from one of the UK medical sites who say it is medically proven and more UK doctors are suggesting we take this as it is easier on the system than prescribed drugs.

If it also helps with growing breasts then wow bring it on, either way I am in a win,win situation

If you are really interested in this as a medical aid to the crippling symptom of Arthritis then just gooogle MSM for arthritis, you will be surprised on what comes up.

NOTE - I am not a doctor and this is only my opion from what I have read, please form your own opinions.

Extracted

Laboratory studies have found that MSM has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Sulphur, which is a major component of MSM, plays an important role in making collagen and glucosamine, both of which are vital for healthy bones and joints, and in the production of immunoglobulins, which help your immune system

Be sure to take MSM with Vitamin C and Melatonin (at bedtime).

Lotus has some excellent research on MSM that she’s shared in the Project-X thread.

Lotus found that MSM utilizes a specific pathway that stimulates estrogen receptors, and ... MSM induces IGF-1 and IGF-1R activities, which for stands for insulin growth factor 1 and its IGF-1R (receptor) aka-essentially growth hormone. It’s something you need for breast growth.

Hi Folks,

Just a quick update, had to see my doctor last week, I had terrible cramps in bed and other unpleasant symptoms, cold shivering and headache, really feeling rough with no energy.

Anyway had to come clean with the doctor and told her what I was on, long story but she said it is the PM and that it does cause that effect, (she has come accross this before).

Ok taking a short break form this and will restart with the meds sfrom transformation when this is out of my system.

Can anyone suggest another way to get breasts, here in the UK I cannot get HRT.

Try the Ainterol Pm cream and Reishi mushrooms. I had this same problem on PM capsules and it would also take most of my energy away.

I am currently doing
1 pea sized dose on each breast 2 times per day. Pretty much at 10am and 6pm...
1, 500 mg reishi capsule 2 times per day

Hello Liz

After your break you would have to cut everything down and take this for 3-4 weeks.

Always listening to your body.

Apart from PM and HRT, there are many other solutions but much less effective.
Like take Fenugreek.
Or creams on the breasts.
Or breast pumps.

Courage and patience.

Kisses Liz.

Jennifer.

How long have you been taking pm and msm then? What are your results?

I read on here calcium is not the same as calcium citrate. We should be taking the latter.

I have taken relatively small amounts of PM for about 2 1/2 months. I added MSM about 6 weeks ago.
My nipples have grown, but the bust is not very big as of yet, maybe AA. I'll increase the daily PM intake very slowly, because I wan to be careful, and expect the growth to take some time, too.

Sorry for not answering the questions, the reasons is simple I wanted to step back for a few days to reflect on everything since May 22, I have issues in my life (not associated to this) also add the problems with my medical side which is linked to breast growth I just needed some down time.

To respond, I said in my earlier post's I have a hormone imbalance and started to develop breasts, here in the UK I am not normal and do not fit in a box that can be ticked so I cannot get the correct support from my doctors.

I have had 4 blood tests with different ranges due to the machine they use, an endcrynologist said there is nothing wrong yet the ressults clearly show an abnormality, a doctor sent me to a transformation company who sell lotions and potions (see earlier post) Transformation Ltd but she would not put her name on paper as it was not ethical.

Fast forward, deep down I always wanted boobs and then with circumstances I started to like the idea and went for it, so I have been taking some form of lotions potions and herbs since May 22 but it came with side effects, partially my fault and as Jennifer said take it slowly which I obviously did not.

Anyway PM disagrees with me so I have had a break and gone back onto the capsules from Transformation, will upload photos in another post of what I am taking.

Monday 19 Dec I restarted, I also started taking MSM for my arthritis and Berberine for my blood sugars as I am type 2 diabetic, I thought that the metformin might clash with PM and RR, I take 2 x 500mg Metformin SR which so far keeps my bloods in order.

As for seeing a gender specialist to get HRT, I at the moment only looking to frow breasts not go the whole way so they wont prescribe HRT, unless you folks know another way, again I am in the UK and its difficult
