Effects on younger people

#1

I’ve been absolutely devouring thread after thread on this website, trying to find as much information about this magical PM stuff as I can. I have been extremely impressed with the level of community that has formed here.

I have a quick question. From my observations, most user on here seem to be 30s, 40s plus in age. Obviously nothing wrong with this, we all find our true selves at different points in life, Better late than never. I’m just wondering if the effects on a younger person, Im currently 20 years old, will be different than someone a little older? And I know it already affects everyone differently, I’m just wondering if their is a trend for younger people (preferably who have already gone through puberty). Will it be more potent? Act faster? Change different things?

Would greatly appreciate anyone’s in site. I have just started taking 500mg and will see how I feel. Been on it for a week and feel great so far. Thank you

I am really a beginner with this breast stuff, but generally speaking:

- younger males have more testosterone and more DHT than older
- feminization and breast growth seems to work better when testosterone and/or DHT is lowered
- PM "pretends" to be sort-of a type of estrogen, so it works on the body as if you have lots of estrogen
- high testosterone / high DHT will possibly / probably reduce the effectiveness of PM
- you can reduce testosterone / DHT using specific herbs / supplements, so that PM will work

That's the general set of ideas I've learned by reading these forums.

For the specifics, I'll let someone else reply.

You would probably be well advised to use a T blocker to lower your T levels to make the herbs more effective.
Read up on Anti-Androgens (AA) and choose one to add to your regimen.

There is plenty to find here on BN about AA's.
Find out what is working for other people and what doses seem to work best.

For anyone in their teens or early 20's I'd advise taking professional advice before starting something like NBE, it can be a dangerous time to be messing with your hormones, any changes need to be carefully monitored.

Sorry if this isn't the answer you were seeking  Heart

I'm curious if there's a specific reason you're more concerned about hormone changes at this age. /gen

Apparently when you hit a certain age it seems, you become a old fuk in their eyes. Bit harsh really. Dont worry kido, another 20 years and some youngster be saying the same to you.

Stop, pause, and think to engage ones brain.

Part of puberty (and a few years after) is your body is learning to control your hormones (mood swings, acne etc), if you introduce artificial hormones into that mix you can cause long-term problems with hormone balance; your body needs to go through the learning process.

I'm 20 rn, currently on HRT, but i took PM from oct 2020 to like may of 2021, so i can speak to it. you have more growth hormone, that will work in your favor, however your T will be stronger, so you might need to take something like GTE or Reishi. Aside from that, yeah it can work.

Thank you Aria. That makes sense. I guess I can only try and see what happens. Take it slow and monitor.

On the subject of "taking it slow", 500mg/day are unlikely to cause much growth.
Usually, the dosage people take start from 1000mg/day, which is the dosage suggested on th ebottle for women needing some mild HRT to counteract menopause symptoms.

I don't want to suggest that you ramp up too quickly, but taking just 500 per day might be a waste of money.

Something not many have talked about is that when you are young, your metabolism is fast. On one hand you have more T, but if your body agrees with the estrogens in PM, you might have faster effects on breast development. We had a few young users back in the day and their growth seemed to be faster rather than slower. I would expect you to go through budding quite quickly while taking PM. Growth would then depend on your body weight and affinity with estrogen.
