@tomi66 what type of changes have you noticed? What is your dosing schedule?

Hi @JennaJade,
So far I have increased 2 cup sizes. I started to notice a more round shape to my breasts, a more symmetrical accumulation of fat, making up the increased size, over the past 4 months it has become increasingly noticeable, especially when I lift my arms up. I started my baseline with looking at my myself in the mirror my first month of bo and my man boobs would disappear when I lifted my arms up, now they don't.
My butt is also taking on a more plump look, my wife even said my tiny hiny is getting a little fat on it, lol!
So the down side is I have found it incredibly difficult to keep from gaining weight, I put on about 12 pounds in the first 7 months which really occurred over 2 months on high dosage BO and the past 2 months I have really cut back on calories and I have taken off the 12 pounds and didn't reduce my cup size at all, so that's good, my band dropped an inch which is also good, because my bras were really getting uncomfortable.
I have my weigh in next week at the gym, so I will get a good look at fat distribution, I expect to see some changes in legs and torso as fat is redistributed, so I have been told that's what happens. I know my waist has slimmed down but I am most interested in my hips. My gym's scale is high tech and calculates fat, water, muscle and bone by body sections and then my personal trainer measures everything, except my actual bust, lol!
I would say the only downside is low libido and difficulty getting erections, bit that should come back after I wean off of it starting in August after my year program. The physical changes are permanent, I have been told, even the increased estrogen production but my ability to get a good erection should slowly return. For now I have cialis.
I hope my progress report helps you out on what you may expect, everyone is different though, some people say BO does nothing for them, I suspect is is due to metabolism, diet, vitamin intake and temperature. I added a bunch of things that were recommended and already take some of the thongs recommended.
Take care and let me know how everything goes.

Hey tomi66 are the only changes you’ve noticed weight redistribution and libido loss? Have you noticed your face softening or feminizing at all? Or any muscle atrophy. I’ve never done BO for more than 2 months at a time but I get the things you talked about but my arm and leg muscles start to get really sore like they’re atrophying, and my pelvis and lower spine starts to hurt and make popping noises like they’re shifting around. Have you noticed any of that taking BO for as long as you have?

@Jts13892 all good questions.
I have had some muscle loss and can't really push myself at the gym like I used to do before BO, so I do contribute that to the BO. However I do keep a strict routine of going to the gym 5 days a week so I think that really helps me keep from losing even more muscle mass and getting sore muscles, except wheny trainer pushes me past my limits, which is once a week, uhg! No sore pelvis or back though.
Yes, my skin is softer and some of my body hair is much finer and doesn't grow back as quickly, my face gets just as prickly though it also grows slower.
My butt is also getting some shape to it and I am not sure how to explit but I am starting get a little hour glass shape but nothing dramatic, I think, and hope that will be a gradual change that continues even after I am off of BO. I need to have my Tand E levels checked but I am waiting until I finish my program, since I didn't get a pre baseline I figure there is no rush.
Hope I answered your questions.

I'm not sure if my reply will help much because I'm also on HRT along with BO... I have got the whole list of changes and muscle loss is a big one. The difference to how I was two years ago is staggering. I used to be quite strong and didn't get easily tired from physicla work but now even carrying firewood is rough. Last winter shoveling snow was such a workout. I take walks and even that requires more work than before.
I bet this is HRT and BO together because latter has given me a massive boost to breast growth and over all fem changes. It has worked on me like a charm, I'm now about fourteen months in without breaks and about to raise my dosage higher than I've had it before. I can totally tell this stuff works well but I'm not sure how much its contributing.
Also BO being known for putting on weight is spot on true. I have gained about 20-30lbs since I started, then hovered around the same for a long time and just lately lost a bit but not much. HRT is having a hand in this too, I have always had very easy time gaining weight but also losing which has now become much harder. This is something to be cautious of while on BO as its definitely making weight gain super easy. When I was also on pituitary on the side it was even easier, that's when I gained the most I've got since starting. Its all good as most of it is girly fat on the best possible spots but also on my tummy, waist and back which isn't much fun.

Thanks for the responses. My gripe with BO in the past is that I do feel a lot happening on the inside but nothing I can see in the mirror other than my breast getting puffy. I suppose I need to give it more time to see results, but I’m probably going to have to start HRT to really get the results I want. It’s going to be about 4 months until I can start HRT so I’ll stay in BO in the meantime and hopefully see some results and hopefully I’ll have better progression with HRT because of it.

@Jts13892,
Keep a pulse on the effects, some people have bad side effects, your side effects are similar to mine and others so it sounds like you are on track.
It took me about 4 months to notice any breast growth and 8 to 9 months to notice a change in body fat distribution, and that's taking into account that my gym has a body composition scale and it told me where I was losing muscle and gaining fat before I could notice it visually, except on my belly where I gain weight easily. I am not looking for a full transition just more feminine features with bigger breasts so HRT isn't in my equation.
Please let me know how everything goes. I am certain HRT will speed things up and get you the results you're looking for.

I have been suspecting for a long time that what makes BO work is correct hormone balance... Either natural or from HRT. So doing it along decently good HRT program might be piece of the puzzle. Also body temperature, take iodine supplement from kelp or other stuffs to deal with it. I'm getting mine in a multivitamin which has the daily dose of iodine in it. Interestingly the exact same as on the kelp supplement I took before it.
