One month to the day. 50 yr old cd here that just wants feel good in body that looks more fem. One month in on two pills morning 2 pills evening of Swanson's with all my normal vitamins and I love it. The natural feel of me just feeling relaxed and just I swear I am finally acting like I should be. I sing I danced I feel like I finally free. I like to think I have a tiny bit more beast starting. I will tell you though. My manhood has taken a big hit and that I like the best. I am.shrinking for sure length girth noticable. I am aiming for giving it the six months and see where at.

I am 7 months in. My recommended dosage was to take in afternoon and evening. I started with 2 BO and BP taking 2 PM an hour before my BO/BP. Also recommended to take my BO/BP with a quality protein shake. Reasons why, estrogen production is more active during rest and the protein shake will work with the BO/BP making it more efficient.
I slowly increased supplements every month until I was taking 4 of each after 6 months. Now at over 7 months, I feel more feminine, and I can't tell for sure but I think my hips and bottom are taking a more feminine shape. I have a personal trainer that takes measurements, we missed last month but I will keep an eye on my measurements.
Happy progress, it's a great journey.

Quick update. Today my breast growth was undeniable. I can feel it spread out to sides of chest and hand down. I put on a b cup bra because a was actually too tight.

100 day update. I am never stopping BO. It has been a miracle for me. One my thinking is just so right now. Two I have def added close to a real cup size. 3) my male pants don't fit right at all anymore

And you only take BO?

@Lexichicago, that's awesome, it sounds like BO is perfect for you. My changes have come slow but steady. I am just doing a year of it then weaning off of it slowly. They say the changes are permanent after a year so I shall see. I just want my libido back without cialis, lol!
