I think this is point of  no return what do You think ? I take 2500-3000 mg PM 5 days a week and 20 drops WP  extract 2 x a day and 2X 400 MG SP  daily. I want  to be bigger , but now I'm  still in the same place...

Think it's great ? Yes it is a one way ticket also for me. It's very hard for me because I didn't have fat in the upper body.
