Just wondering if there would be any negative interactions or issues if I added Red Clover to my supplement regimen.
I current take:
White Peony Root
Red Reishi
Fenugreek
Green Tree Extract
MSM
Calcium
Vitamin D3
Best regards,

There should not be any problem adding RC to your program.
In the past, I have used RC, FG and Fennel in various combinations and rotations. They all work together or individually.
How much FG are you using daily now and how long have you been taking it?
If you do not smell "maple syrup" when you pee, your dose is probably too low.
You almost certainly need to a Progesterone (Wild Yam) cream to your program. 20mg/day
Rotate application sites between your face, breasts, tummy and nut sack.
Using the same site every day, somehow decreases its' effectiveness.

Thanks Karen,
That's exactly the info I was looking for. I knew the FG and PM should not be used together, but needed to make sure about FG and RC together.
No "maple syrup" so maybe I'll try upping the FG a little bit, and I do use a Progesterone Cream a few evenings a week.

Hi Chuck,
Fenugreek and Red Clover used together are competing for the same receptor (ER-a, estrogen receptor alpha). It's redundant to add more phytoestrogens to occupy the same receptor, essentially your interfering with your breast growth. Anyone who's read the science knows this. Best to stick with one phytoestrogen at a time.

Chuck,
I feel a bit... no... a lot, embarrassed.
After my post, I looked up your past posts and discovered who your are and what you have accomplished. Very impressive.
It is obvious that I am not in a position to advise you... it's more the other way around.
Perhaps not everyone develops the maple syrup smell, but I sure did, and I have read posts of genetic women having that too.
Well, good luck (but I don't think you need it).

Thanks as always Lotus,
I knew there was a conflict between FG and PM, that's why I asked the question. I'm getting low on FG, is there any advantage to switching to RC when I reorder, or are they about the same?
Best regards,

Hey Karen,
No need to feel embarrassed, we're all learning here.
