Has Anyone Cycled PM and BO?

#1

Hi all,

Has anyone done a period of an aromatase-based program, then a period on a phytoE-program, then back to aromatase, and around and around?

Like varying your workout routine to hit from different angles? I’ve only seen folks eventually gravitate to either BO or PM and stay the course.

Thanks!

From what I've seen and experienced BO is so intense that if you want that, you don't go back, so I doubt people are cycling.
Still I can see some perks to that, ex.
I like what BO does to my thinking, but I don't like the weight gain - cycling may help with that a little I suppose.
I'd be more curious if there's a way to, say, do a day of BO and PG, then 6 days of herbals without any long-term adverse effect,
and then one week a month off from all of it, also to emulate a female cycle a bit.

People do mention that stopping BO for a bit and then returning seems to increase its effectiveness...
Main thing is to give the liver a break, things like the right kind of milk thistle and castor oil patches...

My main focus right now is breast growth and softer skin because I'm trying to see if I can still have kids before I'd probably do actual HRT.
- I have a phytoestrogen cream, finasteride for male pattern hair loss (sometimes I take a bit more than 1.25 mg), plus some resveratrol, breast pump, spearmint essential oil and volufiline on the breasts... we shall see. Its a little theory of mine. Plus stretches and other stuff. I'm getting a headache just trying to explain it all.

I actually just started cycling between the two. Five weeks of BO, a week off, five weeks of PM, and back to BO. Too early to tell if there is any difference but I liked what I was seeing with both so figured it was worth a shot.
