I've had success in the past with FenuTrax off Amazon. It is 50% Saponins, if I'm not mistaken.

Here lately I've been ordering Fenugreek 50% Saponins directly from India, as it seems that's where 90% of the world's supply originates. I've had good luck with this brand.

What dosage are/were you taking of the FenuTrax?  I may try a direct India supply when I have a bit more time before I run out.

I was taking two in the morning and two at night.
