Day one of my breast pump. I received it yesterday and been excited to try it out. Only thing is I think I'm going to have to get larger domes. I had it on for about 30 minutes to get the breasts use to it. I'll gradually increase the time.
According to the description the dome size is 5.3/6 in. I really could use a larger dome but will stay with this until I can find larger ones or get a new machine.

I'm kind of clueless about the noogle system, tbh.
Thx
I don't think the milliliter sizes are important for what we're doing, it's the inside diameter that's important. I use two different sizes of domes one is listed as 150ml, but measures at about 160mm (about 6.25") inside diameter, and the other is listed as 180ml, and measures about 180mm (just over 7") inside diameter.

Here is the unit I've been using since October last year. It's sold by several vendors on Amazon, so check around to see who has the best prices. So much better than any of the hand pump units; you set the pressure you want, then you can just work on your computer, or relax in bed playing with your phone or watching TV, and the pressure is maintained.
I started initially for the first 4 or 5 months with the largest 150ml domes which are about 160mm (about 6.25") inside diameter. I've subsequently bought the larger 180ml domes which are 180mm (a little over 7") inside diameter. I'm now using them together. I start with a 30 - 60 minute session (longer if I have the time) with the 150ml domes, then follow that with a 30 to 60 minute session with the larger domes.
It is a great unit. I've used it for MANY hours since last October with no problems. IMO the Noogleberry system seems way over priceed for what it is and the other systems available out there.
I'm happy to answer any other questions I can, or feel free to P.M. me.
