Found a bottle of 90 with 500mgs. So when i start take pill for a week and then move ? I been taking fengreek pills 610 mg and have black cohosh and saw palmetto but taking them at this time Anything i need to know and signs is working? Will it show  on blood/urine test? What bout weight gain and erections?

I doubt anyone is testing for reishi in urine tests. It is not illegal and many people just take it because it is good for your health. Taking herbs can affect erections, but if that concerns you then back off on the dose.
