That's seriously impressive
If you had to estimate, how much of your growth has come from herbals, and how much from pumping? Or is it even possible to get to this level of growth without pumping?

Thanks. I just recently started pumping. I achieved the majority of my growth through herbs. I mainly started pumping because I had seen other get good results plus my right breast was smaller. Here's my latest on pumping. I've been trying to pump twice a day for 30 minutes. If nothing else I do get one session in. I'm trying to increase my time and monitor the pressure. I'm starting to fill them up.

Looks like you're running pretty high pressure. -5"/HG is plenty to give you the stretch and expansion you need.
Just a quick update. I've been trying to pump twice a day from 30 to 45 minutes each time. The pictures were taken about an hour after pumping. I've think I'm seeing results but hard to tell. Also this is the top I wore when I went out today. One store that I was in had some young high school boys. I'm sure that they got a good view of me.
Oh you have grown! I think there's way more definition than before... In other words, you project more and I think there's more over all fullness too. Btw, please do get a gauged pump for noogle so you wont mess up your boobs with too much pressure.
Thanks Lara for the input. I can tell that they have been getting bigger because some of my older bras are busting out of the cups. I've been learning how the gauge the pressure and still maintain a good seal. After I developed some bruising I lessened the pressure. I'm going to try to create a time line similar to yours but need to figure out which program to use.
