Lotus has done a lot of research, and is for sure right regarding dosage.
However, do not over-do GTE, as it can have adverse effect in liver (and remember that actually also PM will stress liver). Btw. Milk Thistle is purported to support liver and reduce risks. However, the research results are bit spotty.
Also, it seems that using PM extracts isn't the best way, because depending which solvent and which process is used, the results will be quite different, and contents may have less phytoestrogens than the extraction ratio indicates. Personally I have gone for Ainterol (from
www.ainterol.eu), and bought it in powder format. It is nearly tasteless, and I mix it in yogurt. They have capsules, too, which many people seem to prefer. That Ainterol brand seems to be very rich in right types of phytoestrogens, and given results to many - and also to me. Exact dosage may vary, but I see development with about 1000mg/day, combinded with RR and taking also 750mg GTE.
In the end: Please note, that growing breasts is a sluggish process, and takes time. Like running marathon instead of a sprint.
