I would like to give a testimony to the power of estradiol.
From the beginning of 2019 to August 2022, (3 years and 8 months) I was on PM and RR and others,
breast development was there, but as we can see it did not reduce my back.
From August 2022 to September 2023, (1 year and 1 month) I am on Estradiol.
And there, we can see that my back is reduced.
Proof of the power of HRT and the changes it can bring about.
This is just part of the changes.
I think it will take me 1 or 2 more years to really become more feminine.
Very nice progress on that, Jennifer.
Another option, depending on health - long distance endurance cardio. Jogging or marathoning, especially with reduced protein.
Found out when I was younger, I will tell you, though - it takes a LONG time, at my size. (Started at 245, got down to 180 - 4 hours a day in the gym, two hours of cardio each day. But I was losing strength towards the end.)
I'm thinking I'll get back to that, if I ever have time. I can barely get strength training in.
Hello,
I've been on BreastNexum for 1 year, and the first person who welcomed me was LOTUS. I always think of you a lot LOTUS.
Kisses to you LOTUS see you soon.
Well not really an update, but here it is, as I feel they have gained weight, I'm posting.
I find that I am slowly moving towards the D cup.
Especially the left breast, always bigger than the right, but even cis gender women have it.

That is quite something! And yes, most are a bit asymmetrical.
