1000 pueraria mirifica nothing else so far. I'm starting red reishi and fish oil on the 1st

Did you have any development before starting herbs?

A little it feels like my breasts are fuller and I have nipple changes

I think the pueraria mirifica has been affecting my nipples the most, I've noticed the most growth in my nipples
