Tonight I am making a topical PM breast cream using off-the-shelf items.

• High-quality DMSO liquid, 99.9% or "pharmaceutical grade".
  
• PM capsules (pull-apart), using a 500mg dose.
  
• Mortar and pestle or other methods of pulverizing the PM capsules.
  
• A small air-tight container for mixing them.
  
• A tiny spoon.
  
• A shot glass to hold the spoon.
  
• Don't Grow There, a hair reducer.
  
• Cera Ve moisturizing cream, pump or squeeze version.
  
• Alcohol sanitizing spray.
  

Steps to make DMSO cream with PM:

1. Pull apart the PM capsules and empty them into the mortar.
   
2. Grind the PM into a fine powder.
   
3. Scrape out the PM powder into the mixing container.
   
4. Use a dropper to put in enough DMSO to cover the PM powder.
   
5. Shake the container in a circle to start the dissolution of the PM powder. I usually let it set for a few minutes, or use the small spoon to speed up the mixing. The powder should be fully dissolved, no clumps.
   
6. Put in a dime-sized (18mm) or nickel-sized (21mm) amount of Don't Grow There. This is not as thick as Ceva Ve so it should be under 25% of the total creams added.
   
7. Stir the mixture to see how much it has thickened.
   
8. Add a pump or two of Cera Ve, and mix it together. If it is still too runny, add more Cera Ve and retry.
   
9. Close the mixing container to avoid DMSO evaporation. This mix will be stable at room temperature for days.
   

Steps to apply the DMSO cream:

1. Use the alcohol sanitizing spray on the destination body part. Wait for the alcohol to dry completely.
   
2. Apply the cream on your selected area.
   
3. Keep the area uncovered and untouched for the next hour or so to allow the DMSO to "carry" the PM through the skin as much as possible.
   

DMSO PM cream works nicely on the breasts, butt, and the outsides of the thighs. Using "beauty pants" (plastic pants) can allow you to apply on your lower half and sleep. PM seems to target Estrogen Receptor Beta (hips/thighs) more than Reception Alpha (boobs).
Torso-sized cloth elastic bands below the bra line can help cream stay at the underboob area, rather than pushing it out if you lean forward.

Other mixes that work:

• EstroGel works using DMSO and Cera Ve.
  Estrogentic off-the-shelf creams as sold on Amazon.
  
• Progesterone creams. I have not tried oils or liquid versions.
  
• Don't Grow There by itself.
  

Other formulations that work:

• Dydrogesterone, powdered, into DMSO can be boofed using a dropper into the tail end of the intestines.
  
• Micronized Progesterone should work in a similar way.
  

Other mixes that don't work:

• Anything that requires activation by the liver, like Premarin, Red Reishi, White Peony, etc.
  

Note that all DMSO mixes will increase the amount hitting the body if used on normal skin. This can be 5 times a potent as taking it orally. Using it on the genitals or internally can increase the potency by up to 40 times, so use with caution. I would not recommend putting this mixture on the scrotum.

For those of you familiar with the "pink bands and blue bands" stories, or interested in penis shrinking may find a mix of EstroGel, DMSO, and some cream can greatly impact the strength of erections from the first treatment.

Thanks for putting this together, I am a great believer in DMSO, but have fear to use it. Mostly because one must be very careful that what is in the area that DMSO touches will be absorbed into the body.
in other words, say you have used your mixing spoon spread peanut butter on some vegetables for a snack. If all traces of the peanut butter are off the spoon, when you use it to apply the DMSO mixture to your skin. The DMSO will send it through your skin into your body without the bodys normal protection organs.
While peanut butter may not be so bad, the point is that you must be very careful what you give to the DMSO mixture.

Hi Bobbi. By washing the spoon beforehand, drying it, and then spraying it with the alcohol should evaporate or otherwise break down anything left on the spoon. I haven't had any ill effects from using the method for more than a year.

Im glad you are super careful. My post was meant as a warning to new users of DMSO.
Actually I'm surprised that the hair remover has not caused you any problems,
That pretty toxic stuff to be absorbed into the body as opposed to just being topical and washed off.

Don't Grow There isn't a hair removal cream. It's very mild and can be used daily to shrink body hair follicles.
