Started today with first 500mg dose of PM, I'm so happy .
I would like to progressively increase up to 2000mg/day, I also take red reishi 500mg/day.
I attach the photo of my start day, and I will try to update them once a month, in the same position and light.

hi!, I also began with 500 mg I wish you all the best results and I have to tell you I am very happy with the results, after a year now I take 2000 mg, I had no regrets with taking it slow...

I have a question, up until now I have taken 500mg of a pueraria mirifica which contained 20:1 root and stem extract, now I have finally received pueraria Ainterol, and the label tells me that the normal serving is two capsules which would correspond to 1000mg, when in this forum I read 500mg of Pueraria in the case of Ainterol do they correspond to one capsule so?
