Cagedmuscle 1st nbe regimen

CM,

I have experienced difficulties making purchases on some websites in the past and discovered that it was a browser compatibility issue.

I use the Opera browser, which I love, but I have to use MS browser, like Edge, once in while for purchases.

If you continue to have problems getting ahold of Ainterol, Barlowe's is a reputable product.

Chuck, I have been researching DVT. It's pretty scary that there could be no signs or symptoms even if one does indeed have it. But I will look out for the symptoms if they do develop. How did you discover you had it since they say it has to be diagnosed? Or were you having symptoms of pain and swelling in one of your lower legs? I know they say it could also be redness in the area of where the blood clot(s) are. Also sometimes thigh hip and abdominal pain or similar symptoms in those areas.

Just an update. I know it's only been 5 days since I've started. No changes obviously way too soon to see anything.

I was able to purchase ainterol pm and their breast cream. They are running a sale so I decided to get the cream buy one get one free.

Hey Caged,

I remember I was at the gym on a Monday, warming up on the elliptical trained, and my legs seemed really tired.  I initially thought it was due to a heavy leg press workout I'd done the day before.  I cut my workout short and figured that I be better the next day.  On Tuesday my legs were still tired, and my left leg was starting to hurt in kind of a strange way, clearly not from the leg workout on Sunday.  By Wednesday my leg was hurting a good bit more and I was beginning to suspect that it might be a blood clot.  Thursday morning it was worse, and by the evening my left leg had swelled up like a sausage and hurt a lot when walking or was standing, so I headed over to the emergency hospital late that evening.  They did an ultra sound and found a major clot in my left leg.  They immediately put me on a blood thinner, and when I left they gave me a recommendation for a vascular surgeon.

The vascular doc put me on blood thinners for 3 months, and by the end of that time the clot had significantly dissolved.  There was a lot of pain when standing or walking for the first month to month and a half, then the pain pretty much subsided.  I could start back to the gym after a couple of weeks, but no strenuous leg type exercise for 3 - 4 months, upper body and core were OK.  I really didn't get back to a regular schedule for 5 - 6 months, and I'm still paying for the weight gain during that time.  The weight's been very slow in coming down.

The most important thing is to get on the blood thinners asap, because that should stop the risk of a major bit of the clot breaking off and making it's way to your lungs.  That can kill you pretty quick.

I think I have a pic around of my legs showing how swollen the left one was, I'll look for it this evening and post it if I find it.

BTW, I don't think my leg workout that Sunday had anything to do with causing the clot.  I believe it was already forming.

Best regards,
chuckM

ChuckM,

Thanks for sharing your experience. Lucky I have not had any of those kinds of symptoms yet. And yes I believe you to be right that the clot had been forming for a while at that point, the workout may have just been enough to finally allow you to notice it. I will have to see about starting blood thinners as a precaution or preventive maintenance against blood clots. But I'm not sure I'll be able to get any without having a physical need to as proof for a Dr to sign off on a prescription. So we will see. How long were you into your nbe regimen or how long after starting pm did this occur?

I'm glad you're doing well now and that the blood clots have resolved now. I guess there is always a risk with anything we do. The weight will come off again, and the muscle or strength will come back. Muscle memory. It always does. Might take some time but you'll be back to where you were.

Asprin is a blood thinner. I used to take them to help acclimate to high elevation backpacking trips.

You could try a baby aspirin a day as a precautionary measure.

Good thinking but I'm not sure if that would be strong enough. Unfortunately I already use a lot of aspirin or ibuprofen daily for other reasons

Many of the other NBE supplements have blood thinning properties or may slow blood clotting, including FG, RC, WO GTE, and possibly MSM and DHEA.  Increasing blood thinning is one of the primary reasons I switched to FG, and more recently RC.

Ainterol pm shipped. I didn't know it was coming from Thailand. Let me re phrase. I know the product comes from Thailand, but I thought the company had warehouses here in the u.s. for storage and shipping. Apparently it legitimately comes from Thailand right when you place the order.
