Just wondering if it helps or hinders growth. I've been pumping just my nipples for longer nipples, and thought the lumps under them were just from pumping, not realizing that it was actually budding. Now I'm wondering should I continue to pump my nipples, and or should I move up to pumping my entire chest?

I would think you can do both. However I would think you Nipples would be really sore

Yeah don’t overdo it or they’ll get really tender.
